Pelvic Health
Pelvic Health is a specialized area within the field of physical therapy. Our focus is on providing comprehensive care whether you are preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, managing menopause symptoms or desiring to build your strength & confidence to reclaim your sense of self. Our practice was born out of a clear need for additional support and guidance for the active woman that the current healthcare structure doesn’t always provide.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
We are movement optimists that specialize in addressing injuries to the musculoskeletal system, encompassing muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments. You have unique movement capabilities as an athlete, parent, a grandparent, and more so let the experts help you do what you love, better! Common regions we treat include the neck, back, hips, knees, ankles, and shoulders!
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a skilled intervention performed by qualified physical therapists that involves inserting a tiny monofilament needle into symptomatic tissue with the intent to reduce pain, increase circulation and improve function of the musculoskeletal system. The primary goal of Dry Needling is to improve a patient’s function and is best when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan to address both mobility and pain.
