Physical Therapy, custom-made.
Pelvic Health
Pelvic Health is a specialized area within the field of physical therapy that requires additional training and certification. Our focus is on providing comprehensive care throughout the perinatal stages, aiding in preparing for childbirth and ensuring a safe and effective postpartum transition into motherhood. Whether you're just four weeks or four years+ postpartum, our goal is to support you in rebuilding strength and confidence, helping you reclaim your sense of self. We address a broad spectrum of women's pelvic floor dysfunctions, including bladder and bowel symptoms, sexual health symptoms, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and pelvic/abdominal pain, to promote optimal well-being.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation
We specialize in addressing injuries to the musculoskeletal system, encompassing muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments. Common regions we treat include the neck, back, hips, knees, feet, and arms. We provide care for a wide range of injuries, from acute to chronic conditions, overuse tendinopathies/bursitis, sprains, strains, muscle imbalances, and posture dysfunction.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a skilled intervention performed by qualified physical therapists that involves inserting a tiny monofilament needle into symptomatic tissue with the intent to reduce pain, increase circulation and improve function of the musculoskeletal system. The primary goal of Dry Needling is to improve a patient’s function and is best when used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan to address both mobility and pain.
